JCECC Visionary Actualiser (Learning Union & Experimental Hub (VALUE-H) aims to further motivate trained professionals to transfer their acquired knowledge into impactful actions, consolidating practice wisdom related to EoLC in general settings, introducing innovations in their daily work or social circles, or volunteering in EoLC-related work.

VALUE-H =Training + Experiment (supported by motivation and fellowship)
Target participants
Alumni of:
- The JCECC Leadership Training in Phase 1 or 2 Project; and/or
- The Advanced Module of the JCECC Community Psychosocial End-of-Life Care Course (「賽馬會安寧頌」社區安寧全人照顧課程高階單元)
Expected outcome
Individual level:
- Consolidating the EoL Knowledge(Competency domains) into an actualised plan
- Experiment with a small-scale EoLC-related programme in their setting :
- Study the impact of the above experiment and plan for future development
Group level:
- Sharing innovation experience (as a role model of an EoL innovator)
Programme Schedule
The programme adopts the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) framework to drive continuous improvements and innovation in EoLC services.
